Terms of service

Atheer is a workspace where agencies manage marketing operations: per-client brand guidelines, content plans, approval workflows, marketing plans, competitor profiles, tasks, and AI assistance in English and Arabic.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. Anything done through your account is your responsibility, so tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

New accounts are activated after a quick review by our team.

New companies start with a free 30-day trial. No card is required. Trial limits are described on the pricing page.

Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). You can pay by card, mada, Apple Pay, or STC Pay through Moyasar’s hosted payment page, or by bank transfer. Your card details are never stored by Atheer.

We issue bilingual commercial invoices with sequential, immutable numbering, kept in a long-term archive.

Plan changes — upgrades, downgrades, and renewals — are requested from within the app and take effect after approval. Nothing is charged or changed without your request.

AI actions consume credits at fixed prices shown before each action runs. Monthly plan credits reset with each billing cycle; purchased credit packs remain usable for 12 months. Failed or canceled jobs are automatically refunded to your balance.

You own everything you and your team put into Atheer — brand guidelines, plans, tasks, files, and the rest. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service.

Your brand data is used to ground AI results for your company only. It is not used to train models and is not shared with other companies on the platform.

Every AI result in Atheer is a proposal for your review — nothing is created or published silently. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it or publish it.

The app lets you share expiring review links with your clients. Anyone holding a valid link can view and act on the shared items without an account, so you are responsible for who you share links with. Links expire, rotate on every round, and can be revoked at any time; client actions are recorded with the reviewer’s typed name.

Moving to a smaller plan never deletes data. If your existing usage exceeds the new plan’s limits, you keep everything already created — the platform only blocks creating new records above those limits.

We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms — with notice where practical, immediately where the breach is serious. You may stop using the service at any time and request an export of your data and its deletion.

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We improve the product continuously and may change or retire features; we will give notice of material changes. Roadmap items are statements of intent, not commitments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atheer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom.

When these terms change, we will update the date at the top of the page and notify you of material changes in the application or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
