Pricing questions, answered
What are AI credits?
Credits are how AI actions are priced. Every action shows a fixed credit price before it runs, and your plan includes a monthly allowance — from 100 credits on Free to 2,000 on Professional. Failed or canceled jobs are refunded automatically.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of each month. Purchased credit packs last 12 months, and plan credits are always used before pack credits.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
Nothing is deleted — ever. Reaching a limit only blocks creating new items. You can upgrade, or buy a credit pack if it is credits you ran out of, and keep working.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up without a card. Accounts are activated after a quick review, then you get 30 days with 1 client, 3 seats, 1 GB of storage, and 100 monthly AI credits.
Which payment methods do you accept?
